Holistic Fitness

Holistic Fitness combines the physicality of the body, directed by the mind and nourished  by our emotions and spirit to create a sense of wellbeing, health and joy.

Angela Paladin specialises in teaching Holistic Fitness classes which include Nia, Nia 5 Stages, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Mindful Movement and Ageless grace.


I started to teach Nia in 2010,  this practice allowed me to appreciate and discover my body’s amazing potential, strength, power and grace.  This discovery inspired me to want to teach and share my passion of the uniqueness of holistic movement, giving people the opportunity to explore the movement potential of their body and to discover how holistic and organic movement can promote wellbeing for body mind spirit and emotions.
